I worked with Ian when he managed the introduction of Ellipse at a major UK water and services company. This was a complex ERP project that established consistency and control across a spread of businesses from power generation to recycling and waste management.

With multiple systems and a number of different parties, Ian skilfully led his project team, built relationships with all stakeholders and ensured what was a difficult implementation went smoothly.

Ian played a key part in helping Telent to produce a bid for a major TfL contract. He helped us find a new IT system that would allow us to meet the contractual requirements. 

Once we were awarded the contract Ian led the mobilisation project. This had very tight timescales and he worked with TfL to ensure they were happy that their requirements would be met in the timeframe. He also led the system implementation and mobilisation and made sure new processes and procedures were in place for Day 1 when the contract started. He then spent time working with the operations department to ensure that the processes were embedded into the organisation.

Having played key roles in a number of successful bids, I understand the process and what’s needed to deal with the difficulties of producing tender bids. I'll help you prepare tender documents and host training sessions, so your teams can produce quality tender responses.


When (not if!) you win the contract, I’ll support your operational team to mobilise resources. I’ll help them understand contract terms and conditions so they’re ready to deliver exceptional work on day one.

Avoid significant disruption and failure to your business-critical projects. Using my tried and tested project management methods, I’ll help identify where the project is struggling, how to change it, and how to deliver, maximising your return on investment. 


I’ll assess your project(s) to discover potential early warning signals of problems. We can then tackle any weaknesses or brick walls to get the project flying again.
