Practical experience across complex projects

I’m Ian Wainwright, founder of Pinestar and No Fluff Project Management. I have more than 35 years’ experience delivering projects and change across infrastructure, telecoms, transport, government and business operations.

My work has included major programmes for Network Rail, Ofcom, Telent, Viridor and National Express, as well as two programmes that helped enable the UK-wide introduction of 4G.

​

I now use that experience to help organisations understand what is happening in their projects, strengthen delivery capability and get important work moving.
